TeachOS is the family name for Dynamic Minds Group's five Google Workspace add-ons for educators: ClassQuest, FormFlow Pro, PersonaSheet, TimeTable Genie, and Doc to Form Quiz Maker. Each add-on solves one specific classroom job and runs entirely inside your existing Google Workspace — no new platform, no new login, and all your data stays in your own Google account.

ClassQuest is designed for school classrooms (Classes 1–12, CBSE / Cambridge IGCSE / ICSE). It is not intended for college use.

FormFlow Pro, PersonaSheet, TimeTable Genie, and Doc to Form Quiz Maker work equally well for schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and any other educational or professional setting. There is no subject, grade, or board restriction on these four add-ons.

ClassQuest currently supports CBSE (Classes 1–12), Cambridge IGCSE, and ICSE. New boards and subjects are added regularly.

PersonaSheet supports CBSE, ICSE, Cambridge IGCSE, IB MYP, MOE Malaysia, UK National Curriculum, and any custom curriculum you specify — any grade, any language.

FormFlow Pro, TimeTable Genie, and Doc to Form Quiz Maker are board-agnostic. They work for any subject, grade, or curriculum — school or college.

All five add-ons are designed to keep your data inside your own Google account. Your files, student data, and responses live in your Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, and Forms — not on Dynamic Minds Group's servers. None of the add-ons use your data to train AI models, and none share your data with third parties. Each add-on's full privacy policy is linked on its product page at personasheet.com.

Go to personasheet.com and click the install link for the add-on you want. This opens its listing on the Google Workspace Marketplace. Click Install, approve the permissions, and it is ready. Then:

• ClassQuest, PersonaSheet, or TimeTable Genie — open a Google Sheet, go to Extensions → [add-on name] → Open.
• FormFlow Pro — open a Google Form, click the puzzle piece icon → FormFlow Pro → Open.
• Doc to Form Quiz Maker — open a Google Doc, go to Extensions → Doc to Form Quiz Maker → Open.

Sign in with your TeachOS account email to activate your plan.

1. Reload the file (F5 or Ctrl+R).
2. Go to Extensions → Add-ons → Manage add-ons and confirm it shows as "Installed".
3. If installed but not showing in the menu, close the file and reopen it.
4. If still not visible, open a brand new Sheet or Doc and check again.

Google Workspace for Education accounts can restrict Marketplace add-ons at the admin level. If you cannot install:

1. Ask your IT admin to whitelist TeachOS add-ons in the Google Admin Console under Apps → Google Workspace Marketplace apps.
2. Use a personal Gmail account as an alternative — all TeachOS add-ons work on personal Gmail accounts with full functionality.

The add-ons run in Google Sheets, Docs, and Forms in a desktop or laptop browser. The Google Workspace mobile apps do not support Extensions add-ons. However, student-facing content — quiz-battle links from ClassQuest, FormFlow Pro response pages, and Doc to Form quizzes — are all phone-friendly and work on any mobile browser without any app.

Open any Google Sheet. Go to Extensions → ClassQuest → Open ClassQuest. The ClassQuest interface window opens — not a sidebar, but a full panel where you do all your work.

No. ClassQuest is designed specifically for school classrooms, with curriculum-aligned content for Classes 1–12 across CBSE, Cambridge IGCSE, and ICSE. For college-level personalised worksheets and AI tools, PersonaSheet is the right choice.

ClassQuest has 20 game modes. Popular ones include Quiz Battle, Speed Round, Boss Fight, Memory Match, and Cipher. You can select one or multiple modes when generating a link. Questions regenerate with fresh values each time a student plays — no two students see the same set.

1. Click Refresh chapters & licence inside the ClassQuest window.
2. Wait 15–20 seconds for the catalog to reload.
3. Close the window, reload the Sheet (F5), and reopen ClassQuest.
4. If still empty, reply to your activation email with "Empty dropdown" and your Google account email.

1. Open ClassQuest → click 🎮 Create Quiz.
2. Select Board, Class, Subject, and Chapter.
3. Tick one or more game modes.
4. Click Generate Link. Ready in about 15–20 seconds.
5. Copy and share with students. They open it in any browser — no login, no app needed.

Each quiz link is freshly generated and cannot be edited after sharing. To update, open ClassQuest → Create Quiz, change your selections, and click Generate Link again. A new link is created. The old link continues working until it expires.

Yes. One link can be shared with any number of students. Each student gets a freshly generated set of questions with different values when they open the link. All scores are recorded in your Attempts tab automatically.

Quiz links are valid for 7 days from generation. After that, students who open the link will see a message that the session has ended. Generate a new link when you need one.

1. Ask students to open the link in Google Chrome directly — not inside the WhatsApp in-app browser.
2. Check if the link has expired (valid for 7 days).
3. Test the link yourself in a Chrome incognito window.
4. If students see a blank page, ask them to clear browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+Delete in Chrome) and try again.

Yes. In your Google Sheet, click the Questions tab. Type your questions in the format shown (question, options A/B/C/D, correct option, class, subject). When generating a quiz, tick Include my own questions — your questions mix with curriculum questions. Tick Only use my own questions to exclude curriculum content.

There is no separate worksheet button in ClassQuest. There are two ways to get one:

1. Save a quiz as a worksheet. Generate a quiz as usual, then use Open & Save as PDF on the result screen. You get a print-ready PDF worksheet of that quiz.
2. Generate one alongside a lesson plan. Open Lesson Plan Studio and tick the Worksheet artefact before generating. The worksheet is created with the plan and linked inside it.

Use the Open & Save as PDF button on the result screen instead of Download. This opens the worksheet in a new browser tab. Press Ctrl+P (Windows) or Cmd+P (Mac), choose Save as PDF as the destination, and save. If a popup blocker stops the tab from opening, allow popups for the Google Sheets domain and try again.

As an Annual Plan subscriber, you have unlimited worksheet generation for the full duration of your one-year plan.

1. Go to Extensions → ClassQuest → Lesson Plan Studio.
2. Select Board, Class, Subject, and Chapter.
3. Enter number of periods and duration per period (e.g. 4 × 40 min).
4. Choose a template: 5E Model, NEP Competency, Bloom's Ladder, or Simple/Classic.
5. Tick artefacts to embed: Quiz link, Worksheet, Exit Ticket.
6. Click Generate. A Google Doc lesson plan is saved in "ClassQuest Lesson Plans" in your Drive.

In the Lesson Plan Studio dialog, set Number of periods = 4 and enter your period duration (e.g. 40 min). ClassQuest distributes the chapter's topics across the 4 periods based on topic weight. Each period gets its own activities, outcomes, and embedded quiz or exit-ticket links.

• 5E Model (Engage → Explore → Explain → Elaborate → Evaluate) — internationally recognised inquiry-based framework. Best for Maths and Science.
• NEP Competency — structured around India's NEP 2020 competency outcomes. Best for CBSE schools following the NEP framework.
• Bloom's Ladder — built on Bloom's Taxonomy (Remember → Understand → Apply → Analyse → Evaluate → Create). Best when higher-order thinking is the goal.
• Simple / Classic — Objective → Activities → Assessment. Best for quick, everyday plans.

All plans are saved as Google Docs in a folder called "ClassQuest Lesson Plans" in your Google Drive, created automatically the first time you generate. A record with the Doc link is also added to the _CQPlans tab of your Sheet. You can edit the Doc freely after generation.

1. Go to Extensions → ClassQuest → Exam Studio.
2. Select Board, Class, Subject, and one or more chapters.
3. Choose a paper format: CBSE, School, or Plain.
4. Set sections with question count and marks per question.
5. Click Generate. A Google Doc question paper and a separate marking scheme are created in your Drive.

• CBSE format — matches the official CBSE Sample Question Paper layout: roll-number box, Series/Set/QP Code, session line, roman-numbered sections with auto-generated instructions, Section A MCQ + Assertion-Reason, internal choices shown as OR. Ready to print as-is.
• School format — clean header with school name, class, subject, date, duration, and marks. Good for internal exams and unit tests.
• Plain format — questions only, no header. Good for quick class tests or when you want to add your own institution header.

Yes. In the Exam Studio chapter picker, tick all the chapters you want to include. ClassQuest draws questions proportionally from each selected chapter while respecting the total marks and section structure you set.

Every time a student completes a quiz, their score is automatically written to the Attempts tab of your Google Sheet. Each row records: timestamp, student name, email, chapter, lesson, game mode, score, correct answers, total questions, accuracy %, time taken, and question-by-question detail. No manual collection is needed.

1. Go to Extensions → ClassQuest → Mastery Dashboard.
2. The dashboard shows: students who need attention this week (with the reason spelled out, e.g. "down 40 points on their own average"), chapter-by-chapter accuracy bars, most-missed questions, and a sortable student list.
3. Click any student's name to see their full attempt history and question-level breakdown.
4. Tick struggling students and click Generate Revision Quiz to create a targeted practice link for them.

1. The student must complete and submit the quiz fully — partial attempts are not recorded.
2. Refresh your Sheet (F5 or Ctrl+R) — scores can take up to 30 seconds to appear.
3. Confirm the Attempts tab exists in your Sheet.
4. Make sure students are opening the link in Chrome directly, not inside the WhatsApp in-app browser.
5. If scores still don't record after several real student attempts, reply to your activation email with "Scores not recording" and your Sheet URL.

FormFlow Pro adds twelve features to any existing Google Form: seat limits per option that prevent overbooking, an appointment booking calendar with time zones and auto-sent confirmation emails, quiz and per-question timers with auto-submit, an exam focus guard that counts tab switches, email code verification (one response per email), drag-to-rank and drag-to-sort question types, instant translation in 12+ languages, and personalised thank-you messages. Works for schools, colleges, coaching institutes, corporates — any setting where Google Forms is used.

FormFlow Pro works inside Google Forms™, not Google Sheets. Open any Google Form, then click the puzzle piece icon (Add-ons) at the top right of the Forms editor. Select FormFlow Pro → Open. The FormFlow Pro window opens.

Yes — this is a core design decision. FormFlow Pro submits every response into your actual Google Form, so your Responses tab, linked Sheet, summary charts, and any existing automations keep working exactly as before. FormFlow Pro adds a page in front of your form — it never replaces the form or creates a separate database.

Seats are committed on a server under a lock, one submission at a time. If two people click the last seat simultaneously, exactly one gets it. The other person instantly sees fresh availability and can pick a different option. Overbooking is eliminated by design — not just reduced.

1. Open your Google Form with the test questions.
2. Open FormFlow Pro via the puzzle piece icon.
3. Go to Quiz Timer and set a whole-quiz duration or a per-question timer.
4. Optionally enable Exam Focus Guard — counts tab switches and disables copy-paste.
5. Save and copy the FormFlow link. Share this link with students, not the native Google Form link.
6. All responses land in your Google Form and Sheet as usual.

Yes. FormFlow Pro works for schools, colleges, coaching institutes, corporates, event organisers, and anyone who uses Google Forms. It is board-agnostic, subject-agnostic, and grade-agnostic.

Works on FormFlow link: Multiple choice, Checkboxes, Dropdown, Short answer, Paragraph, Linear scale, Date, Time, Section pages, Question images, plus the Ordering, Sorting, and Booking types that FormFlow Pro adds.

Stays on native Google Form: File upload, Multiple choice grid, Checkbox grid, Rating.

PersonaSheet is an AI agent inside Google Sheets™ that generates a completely different personalised worksheet for every student (same topic, different questions tailored to each student's interests), dispatches them automatically via Google Classroom or email, and auto-grades submissions. Six AI agents run in coordination: Personalisation, Formula, Dispatch, Reminder, Grader, and Localisation.

1 Spark = 1 complete personalised worksheet (up to 10 questions). As part of the TeachOS Launch Plan, your account has been credited with 500 Sparks, valid for one year. Your balance is always visible in the PersonaSheet window.

No. Classroom is one of four delivery options. You can also send worksheets via Email Doc Link, Email PDF, or Drive download. Auto-grading also works through email dispatch.

No. You are never charged a Spark for a failed generation. Failed students are flagged in the WorksheetTracker tab. Click Retry Failed Generation to try again at no cost.

TimeTable Genie builds a complete, clash-free school or college timetable inside Google Sheets™. It also has a substitute planner for absent teachers, an exam date sheet generator, six live timetable views, and six saved reports. Works for schools, colleges, and coaching institutes equally — no board or grade restrictions.

1. Open a Google Sheet → Extensions → TimeTable Genie → Open.
2. In the setup wizard, enter your classes, subjects, teachers, and periods per week per subject.
3. Add constraints: teacher availability by day, double-period rules, room requirements.
4. Click Generate Timetable. The add-on solves for zero clashes and places the complete timetable into your Sheet.

1. In the TimeTable Genie window, click Substitute Planner.
2. Select the absent teacher and the date.
3. The add-on lists available teachers who have a free period at each of the absent teacher's class times and can cover the slot.

It converts any Google Docs™ question paper into a fully functional, auto-graded Google Forms™ quiz. It detects MCQ, short answer, and checkbox questions automatically, extracts inline images into the correct question or option, and renders LaTeX maths and science equations as crisp images — so diagram questions and formulas survive the conversion intact. Works for any subject, any grade, schools and colleges equally.

1. Open the Google Doc with your question paper.
2. Go to Extensions → Doc to Form Quiz Maker → Open.
3. The add-on scans the Doc and shows a count of detected questions by type.
4. Add your answer key for each question to enable auto-grading and point values.
5. Click Generate Form. A Google Form is created and linked to your account.
6. Share the Form link with students, or assign it in Google Classroom.

Yes. It works for any subject at any level — school or college — as long as the question paper is in a Google Doc. There are no board, grade, or curriculum restrictions.

In ClassQuest, click the ⚙ Settings icon in the window. The Account screen shows your plan type, active classes and subjects, and licence expiry date. For PersonaSheet, go to Extensions → PersonaSheet → My Plan & Usage to see your Spark balance and expiry.

1. Make sure you are signed in with the same email address used at purchase.
2. Click Refresh chapters & licence in the ClassQuest window, or open My Plan & Usage in PersonaSheet.
3. If the status doesn't update within 30 seconds, reply to your activation email with "Plan not activating" and your Google account email.

Yes. Your plan is linked to your Google account email, not a specific device. Install any add-on on any computer, sign in with the same Google account, and your plan is active.
